New agreement includes synchronisation rights for film, TV and advertising
London, December 14, 2006 - Music Copyright Solutions plc ("MCS") has signed a new long-term exclusive agreement to administer the publishing interests of Steve Glen Music, Blue Melon Music, Spacepod TV and Sportfan TV. The agreement includes management of synchronisation rights in the recorded masters in Steve Glen's Blue Planet catalogue. MCS will also explore synchronisation opportunities for the catalogue in film, TV, advertising and other mediums.
Steve Glen has an eclectic catalogue including his own great songs and masters by artists such as Hot Chocolate, Gloria Gaynor, Dollar, and Sinita. He also has audio rights in all Barbara Cartland's books, writes TV themes, songs and produces TV programmes.
Steve is currently engaged in producing a two-part TV documentary on the life and death of iconic TV comedian, Dick Emery. The programmes, entitled "Five weddings and a funeral" will air in 2007. He is also assembling a TV series based on the life and work of top British songwriters.
