Cinevolve Administration Agreement

May 21, 2009

Conexion Media Group Plc ("CXM") the AIM listed music rights management company is pleased to announce the signing of a rights administration agreement with Cinevolve Studios. The agreement encompasses music publishing and ancillary rights and is worldwide.

Cinevolve Studios, based in Los Angeles, USA, was formed in 2007 by a collective of independent filmmakers and entertainment industry professionals with a common goal: fill that niche in the market as the truly filmmaker-friendly distributor and offer compelling, critically-acclaimed and entertaining feature films and documentaries to the public.

Cinevolve retains a library of 13 properties. The current releases include "Sisterhood" a fun, irreverent and quirky comedy set between London and New Zealand, "Google Me" a must see documentary for those interested in technology and the fascinating links our ancestry weaves for us, and "Good Bye Baby" a film based in a comedy club in New York.

Mark Rowland Head of Business Development at Conexion said "We are pleased to be able to announce the signing of Cinevolve Studios. Cinevolve are a cutting edge and progressive company that produce quality content that spans the globe".

Nichole Ballivian President said "We were looking for a partner to handle our music and secondary rights and after careful consideration we chose Conexion. This decision was based on their ability to handle a much broader range of rights and although they are a British company, they had offices in the US which was a clincher"
